Reclaim energy, strength, and focus with precision-dosed TRT.
A structured, lab-driven testosterone protocol that aims for optimization, not just “normal” — supporting lean mass, cognition, mood, and drive while monitoring cardiovascular and hematologic markers.

How it works
TRT restores testosterone to a healthy physiological range using exogenous testosterone, which your clinician doses against your labs and symptoms. Because exogenous testosterone suppresses natural production via the HPG axis, hCG or enclomiphene is considered when preserving natural function or fertility is a priority, and an aromatase inhibitor can be added if estradiol runs high.
- Baseline hormone lab panel before and throughout treatment
- Individualized testosterone dosing protocol
- hCG, enclomiphene, or an aromatase inhibitor when clinically indicated
- Labs every 6 weeks until you're at a therapeutic level, then quarterly to yearly once stable
- Metabolic panel available as an additional lab service
What we test and track
Is this protocol right for you?
- Persistent fatigue or low energy
- Reduced libido or erectile difficulty
- Loss of muscle mass or difficulty building strength
- Increased body fat, especially abdominal
- Low mood, motivation, or mental fog
- Confirmed low testosterone on lab work
- Active prostate or breast cancer
- Untreated severe sleep apnea
- Uncontrolled heart failure or recent cardiovascular event
- Wanting to preserve fertility without first discussing hCG or enclomiphene
- Elevated hematocrit / polycythemia
Your treatment timeline
Energy and mood often begin to improve as testosterone levels stabilize on your starting dose.
Libido, body composition, and strength gains typically become noticeable; labs are rechecked to fine-tune your dose.
Ongoing monitoring of hematocrit, PSA, and hormone levels supports safe, sustained optimization.
Common questions
It can suppress natural sperm production. If preserving fertility matters to you, tell your clinician — hCG or enclomiphene can be considered as part of your protocol.
Every 6 weeks until you reach a therapeutic level, then quarterly, and every 6 months to yearly once you're stable — to confirm your dose and monitor hematocrit and PSA over time.
Your clinician will adjust your dose or recommend blood donation — this is monitored closely at every follow-up.
As we age, testosterone levels continue to decline. TRT is an exogenous, or outside, replacement: it replaces the production you've lost rather than restarting it, so for most men it's long-term. Enclomiphene works differently — it helps your body increase its own production.
TRT is prescribed only after confirmed lab-based low testosterone diagnosis. Individual results vary.
