Running on empty? Let's find out why.
You hit a wall every afternoon. You're putting in the work and getting less back. Your drive — at work, in the gym, in the bedroom — isn't what it was. You've been telling yourself it's stress, or just getting older.
Maybe. But you don't have to guess. We'll look at the whole picture, give you straight answers, and lay out a clear plan.
Seeing patients in CO, CT, FL, NV, NM, OH, VA & WA
- Full evaluation, not just one number
- 100% virtual — no waiting rooms
- Costs laid out up front

“I want to find out what's going on — and whether there's something I can do to feel normal again.”
What most men tell us when they finally come inYou're keeping up. It just takes a lot more than it used to.
Most men who come to us aren't dealing with just one thing. It's a handful of changes that crept in over time — until one day you realize you haven't felt like yourself in a while.
Energy
- “I wake up tired, even after a full night.”
- “By two or three o'clock, I'm done.”
- “I need coffee just to get through work.”
Focus & mood
- “My head feels cloudy.”
- “I can't focus like I used to.”
- “Little things set me off lately.”
Body & workouts
- “I'm working out, but getting weaker, not stronger.”
- “I'm losing muscle and gaining a gut.”
- “I'm sore longer, and workouts wipe me out.”
Sex & confidence
- “I'm just not as interested as I used to be.”
- “I can get an erection, but I have trouble keeping it.”
- “I'm worried I won't be able to perform.”
Sleep
- “I'm exhausted, but I still don't sleep well.”
- “I get the hours and still wake up drained.”
Drive & motivation
- “I used to have a lot more drive.”
- “I know what I need to do. I just can't get myself going.”
- “I don't recognize the guy in the mirror.”
Checking off more than one of these? It's worth finding out why. And yes, you can bring up the bedroom stuff. We talk about it every day, and nobody here will make it awkward.

Doing the right things and still not feeling right.
More sleep. More caffeine. Cleaned up the diet. Hit the gym harder. Maybe you bought a "testosterone booster" and couldn't tell it did anything. When effort stops paying off, the answer usually isn't more effort. It's finding out what's actually going on.
Just another hormone clinic? Not even close.
A lot of men have already been down this road. Fill out a quick form, get one blood draw, and a prescription shows up in the mail. Nobody ever really asked how you feel, what's going on at home, or whether testosterone was even the right call. Too much of hormone care has turned into an assembly line. We built BetterWell to be the opposite.
The assembly-line approach
- One lab number decides everything.
- Testosterone is the answer before you've finished describing the problem.
- The same starting protocol for nearly everyone.
- A quick visit, a prescription, and you're on your own.
- "Success" means your number went up.
The BetterWell approach
- Your symptoms, history, sleep, medications, and goals come first — labs are read in that context.
- Testosterone is one option. We recommend it only if it actually fits you.
- A plan built around your body, your schedule, and your plans for kids.
- Real follow-up, with adjustments based on how you're actually doing.
- Success means you feel better — at work, at home, in the gym, and in the bedroom.
Your "numbers" aren't that bad.
But you feel pretty damn bad.
That's the guy who falls through the cracks. His labs are borderline, his symptoms are real, and nobody connects the two. One place tells him he's "normal" and sends him home. Another hands him a prescription without asking a single follow-up question. We treat the person, not the printout. Your labs matter, and so does how you feel day to day: your energy, focus, drive, and sleep. Those symptoms guide your plan, and they're how we judge whether it's working.
Five things we do with every man who walks in.
Being tired with a low sex drive doesn't automatically mean low T. Several things can cause how you feel. Our job is to find out what's really behind it and give you honest options.
We listen
When it started, where in your day you feel it most, and what it's costing you at work and at home.
We look at everything
History, sleep, medications, overall health, and the right labs — not a single number in isolation.
We give it to you straight
What your results mean, what your options are, and the real benefits and risks of each.
We plan around your life
Your goals, your schedule, and whether you want kids. Treatment only if and when it makes sense for you.
We keep checking in
Follow-ups, labs when needed, and adjustments along the way. You're not on your own after you start.
Planning to have kids — now or someday? Tell us in your first visit. Fertility plans matter before choosing any treatment, and we'll walk you through your options.

Something left in the tank at the end of the day.
Not a miracle. Just getting through the workday and still having something for your family, your partner, and yourself. In your first visit, we'll ask what "feeling like yourself" looks like for you — and build from there. Results are different for everyone, and we'll be honest about what's realistic.
Three steps. Here's exactly what happens.
No runaround and no surprises.

A straightforward conversation about your energy, focus, body, sex life, and goals. No judgment and no rush. You'll leave knowing what we recommend next, and why.
Bring your questions — even the ones you'd rather not say out loud.
The right labs
If testing makes sense, we'll tell you which labs, why, when to draw them, what they cost, and where to go.
A clear plan
We go over results together and lay out your options with benefits, risks, and costs. You make the call — treatment starts only if it's appropriate.

Let's figure this out.
A lot of men wait years before they come in — figuring it's stress, or just age, or not wanting to talk about it. That's understandable, and it's also not necessary. Here, you'll get a real conversation, a full look at what's going on, and a straight explanation of your options. Nobody pushes you into anything, and your provider stays involved after you start.

The questions men ask us most.
You don't know yet — and neither do we until we look. Fatigue, low drive, and brain fog can have several causes, including sleep, stress, medications, and other health issues. We review all of it along with the right labs.
A single result needs context: the time it was drawn, whether it should be repeated, your symptoms, and other possible causes. We don't stop at the number.
It can, which is why we ask about fertility plans first — before choosing any treatment — and walk through the options that fit your plans.
Those are the right questions. We review your health history and risks with you before treatment, and if you start, we monitor with follow-up labs and adjust or stop when needed.
Not necessarily. We'll talk honestly about what starting — and stopping — would look like for you before you decide anything.
Injections aren't the only route. If treatment makes sense, we'll go over the forms available and what fits your life.
Every visit at BetterWell is virtual, so it's easy to fit around work. We'll give you a clear schedule for visits and labs up front.
You're far from the only one. Changes in sex drive or erections are among the most common things men bring to us. It's a normal medical conversation here, and it stays private.
Licensure notice: Except for peptide therapy, which is available in every state, patients must be physically located in a state where their provider is licensed at the time of their appointment. Treatments are prescribed at the sole discretion of your licensed healthcare provider following an individualized clinical evaluation. Compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed compounding pharmacies.
